New Concept Launches April 26 with Free Burgers for First 150 Guests
DULUTH, MN — A bold new flavor is coming to Woodland Avenue. Chilly Billy’s is teaming up with MadHouse Burgers to bring a fresh concept to town, smash burgers, frozen yogurt, craft beer, and more, all in one location. As part of the pivot, Chilly Billy’s will move away from breakfast and focus on what it does best: fun, fast, and delicious food.
The new restaurant, branded as MadHouse Burgers, will officially open its doors on Saturday, April 26 at 1608 Woodland Ave, Duluth, MN. To celebrate, the first 150 guests will receive a free smash burger during the Grand Opening.
“This is an exciting new chapter,” said Andrew Weisz, co-owner of Chilly Billy’s. “MadHouse brings the energy, the attitude, and most importantly, incredible food. And now you can pair a killer burger with frozen yogurt and a $4 beer, all in one spot.”
New Hours & New Menu
MadHouse Burgers will be open daily from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM, with the kitchen and bar closing at 9:15 PM.

With burgers starting at just $7.99, customers can enjoy a full meal of a burger, side, drink, and frozen yogurt, for around $20.
The updated space will be branded as MadHouse Burgers, but fans of Chilly Billy’s can still satisfy their sweet tooth at the signature frozen yogurt station inside.

The last day to get Chilly Billy’s breakfast will be May 14th. During the transition Chilly Billy’s frozen yogurt will remain open and serving frozen yogurt from 11:30-9:30pm.
