Chilly Billy’s is a frozen yogurt shop based in Duluth, founded by Mr. Billy, also known as Bill Marker. Our self-serve system empowers you to create your own perfect frozen yogurt masterpiece, with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. Originally established in DinkyTown, Chilly Billy’s swiftly expanded to Duluth in 2014. Since then, we have become an integral part of the Duluth Community, starting with our first location at the Shops at Blue Stone, right next to UMD. In 2018, we proudly opened our second location in the Miller Hill Mall. Chilly Billy’s was founded on the principle of offering high-quality frozen yogurts and creating a friendly space where families and friends can forge lasting memories.
In 2023, new owners Andrew Weisz and Adam Daoust took the reins of Chilly Billy’s, allowing Bill and his wife Amy to retire from the business and pursue new adventures.
